Celebrating ACN Community & Primary Health Care Nursing Week 19 - 25 September

The Hamilton Medical Group would like to take the time this week to recognise and appreciate the hard work done by our amazing practice nurses. We would also like to extend our thanks to all nurses who work tirelessly within the health care profession for their dedication and hard work.
