COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINICS

COVID-19 VACCINE BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!

We are pleased to advise that we now accepting bookings for COVID-19 vaccinations! Here are the steps to follow:

1. CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY
Check your eligibility for a COVID-19 vaccine by visiting the following website:

You may need to provide proof of eligibility. If you have a relevant medical condition, you will need a letter from your regular GP verifying this medical condition. If you are an existing patient of Hamilton Medical Group, we can verify this from your medical records and a letter is not required.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are found not to be eligible for the vaccine. Please note that eligibility criteria are determined by the Australian Government Department of Health.

2. MAKE A BOOKING
If you are eligible to be vaccinated now, please book ONLINE by visiting our HotDoc booking site:

ONLINE bookings are strongly preferred. You will be required to complete a pre-vaccination questionnaire which will be available online.

If you are unable to book online or have any difficulties, please call us on (03) 5572 2422 or please come to the clinic in person. We expect our phone lines to be very busy at times, and we thank you in advance for your patience.

VACCINE SUPPLIES
As part of the Phase 1b vaccine rollout, we anticipate receiving regular supplies of COVID-19 vaccines each week, but supplies will be limited in the early stages of the vaccine program. If you are unable to secure a booking straight away, there will be plenty of opportunities in the coming weeks.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out this vaccine to the community.
