UPDATE ON FLU AND COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINICS


Additional vaccination clinics to meet patient demand have been opened.

COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINCS

Wednesday 19th May - 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Saturday 22nd May - 1:00pm - 3:00pm

BOOKING ARE REQUIRED 

These clinics are held at the Hamilton Medical Group.

** We are now receiving 200 COVID-19 Vaccines per week and are able to vaccinate patients aged 50 years and over.

Check HOTDOC for additional days, times and availability.

FLU VACCINATION CLINIC FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS

Thursday 13th May 5:15pm - 5:45pm

BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED 

These clinics are held at the Hamilotn Medical Group car park behind the clinic.  Entrance to the car park is via Kitchener Street car park entrance to the WDHS Education Centre.

The vaccine is Government funded for children from 6 months of age up to 5 years of age or have a medical condition putting them at risk of severe influenza and complications.  Children aged 5 years and above and parents who have no medical condition putting them at increased influenza and complications will incur a charge of $23 for the vaccine.

FLU VACCINATION CLINICS FOR OVER 65's and UNDER 65's

Thursday 20th May from 1:00pm - Under 65 years of age.

Thursday 20th May - 5;30pm to 7:30pm - Over 65 years of age

Monday 24th May - 4:15pm to 6:00pm - Over 65 years of age

Tuesday 25th May - from 11:00am - Under 65 years of age - Dunkeld Community Centre

Friday 28th May - from 1:00pm - Over 65 years of age.

BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED.

Those who are not eligible for a Government funded vaccine will incur a charge of $23 fo rthe flu vaccine.

Bookings for the flu vaccination clinics can be made by contacting the Hamilton Medical Group on (03) 5572 2422.

Bookings for COVID-19 vaccination clinics can be made online via HOTDOC fo rthose eligible for vaccination under phase 1B or by contacting the Hamilton Medical Group on (03) 5572 2422.

Those aged 50 years and over who fall into phase 2A category must contact the clinic directly via phone to make an appointment. HOTDOC will be updating our online service in the near furture when all General Practices are onboarded for vaccinating under phase 1A.

Please note if you have recently had a COVID-19 vaccination you must wait 2 weeks prior to having any other type of vaccine, including the flu vaccine.
