FLU VACCINATION CLINIC

DUNKELD

The Hamilton Medical Group will be holding a flu vaccination clinic for Dunkeld and surrounding communities for the following groups:

⏩ EMPLOYER GROUPS
⏩ UNDER 65's
⏩ 65's AND OVER
⏩ CHILDREN

The clinic will be held at the Sterling Place Dunkeld Community Centre, 14 Sterling Street, Dunkeld.

⏩ Tuesday 7 July from 1.00pm.

Patients who are not eligible for a free vaccine will be required to pay prior to the vaccination day (more information will be provided when booking). Employer groups will be invoiced directly. Further details will be given at the time of making a booking.

BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED and additional information can be obtained by contacting the Hamilton Medical Group reception on (03) 5572 2422. Additional clinics will be organised if required to meet demand
